Positive Space, LLC

Created and run by Scott Evans, Positive Space is a unique
DC-based design–build construction and contracting
company. n12development is proud to partner with
Positive Space both for their design vision and for
their ongoing commitment to craftsmanship
and quality.

Positive Space and n12development acquired and expertly remodeled a majority of the lower level units at 1421 Columbia Road. Each of these two-bedroom units was gutted and carefully redesigned with modern kitchens, quality flooring, contemporary bathrooms, and updated systems.

n12development is working on a collaboration with Positive Space on several exciting upcoming projects including Spring Street Spaces and 1469, a visionary Columbia Heights live-work facility.
